Pricing is only one part of a properly handled assignment. The scope, preparation materials, authority, deadlines, venue, reporting expectations, and any unusual issues should be confirmed before acceptance so assigning counsel knows what will be done and what it will cost.
Appearance Coverage Pricing
$175 Per Hour
- Virtual appearances: One-hour minimum
- In-person appearances: Two-hour minimum
Billable time includes preparation time, appearance time, waiting time, and post-appearance reporting. Time spent beyond the applicable minimum is billed in six-minute increments.
Travel within the regular in-person coverage area is included at no additional charge.
Project-Based Services
Project-based litigation support is priced based on the scope of the assignment, anticipated time, deadline, and required level of preparation. The rate and billing arrangement will be confirmed before work begins.
Billing
Following an appearance, assigning counsel will receive a written report detailing the results and an invoice. A completed Form W-9 will be provided with the first invoice or upon request.
Payment is due within ten calendar days of the invoice date and may be made by check payable to Pelesko Legal LLC.
