Virtual appearances are available throughout New Jersey, subject to the court or tribunal, the nature of the proceeding, conflicts review, and availability.
In-Person Superior Court Coverage
Regular in-person Superior Court coverage is available in:
- Hunterdon County
- Middlesex County
- Morris County
- Somerset County
- Warren County
In-person assignments outside these regular coverage areas may be considered depending on location, scheduling, travel, and the nature of the proceeding.
In-Person Workers’ Compensation Coverage
Lebanon
Serving Hunterdon County, most of Somerset County, and the southern half of Warren County.
Mount Arlington
Serving Morris County, Sussex County, and the northern half of Warren County.
New Brunswick
Serving Middlesex County and eastern Somerset County.
Paterson
Serving Passaic County.
